for everyone
Category:   Beverages
Style:   Mexican
Servings:   1

Description:
I got this recipe from an issue of GQ a few years ago. If you like beer (I do) and you like spicy Bloody Marys (I do) you'll enjoy this interesting sounding, and very refreshing concoction. I figured I'd share it today for those planning their 4th of July BBQs.

Ingredients:
Salt (something with large crystals like kosher or sea salt)
Juice of 1/2 lime
Tabasco or preferred hot sauce
Worcestershire sauce
Beer (a light pilsner seems to work well, but you can go dark with interesting results)
Lime wedge

Directions:
Salt the rim of a chilled pilsner glass. Toss in the lime juice and a dash of the Tabasco and Worcestershire sauce to taste. (careful on the hot sauce...too much can kill the drink) Fill the glass with ice and pour the beer to the brim. Garnish with the lime wedge.
